ARCOS Capital expands the team: Tom Bennet joins ARCOS Capital as Partner

Tom Bennet has joined the ARCOS Capital team as Partner. Tom brings a wealth of experience from investment banking and corporate banking. He has over 27 years experience in the banking industry including advisory, equity capital markets, debt capital markets / funding and risk management. Tom has worked with private equity as well as corporates across various sectors, including heading a European telecoms team for many years. Prior to joining ARCOS Capital, he was Managing Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Nordic region responsible for corporate relationships, debt related transactions and risk management. He moved to Stockholm in 2011 to head up RBS’ Nordic investment & corporate banking franchise. Tom successfully built RBS’ Nordic Corporate franchise and was responsible for the origination, execution, portfolio management and restructuring of corporate debt in the region. Prior to moving to Stockholm, He spent 17 years in London working at HSBC as Head of Nordic investment banking, Merrill Lynch and S.G Warburg. Tom has a BA in Mathematics and Economics from Yale University and a MBA from INSEAD both with distinction.
